Consultations

Treatment recommendations and pricing for prescription-only treatments cannot be provided without a consultation with a qualified practitioner.

Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be made through our online booking platform, which may be managed through third-party software such as Timely.
By making a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits may be applied toward the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of your deposit.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, your treatment time may be reduced or your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
